Michael D. Marchesini

Biography

Michael D. Marchesini was born in 1972 in Camden, New Jersey. He earned an undergraduate degree with honors in Business Administration–Management from San Diego State University in 1994, where he was a member of the Mortar Board and Golden Key National Honor Societies.

Mike earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. During law school he served on the Appellate Moot Court Board and Moot Court National Team and was selected to the Order of Barristers. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997 and to the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mike has successfully tried several jury cases in personal injury (auto and premises liability), products liability, defamation, and insurance claims handling, obtaining multiple defense verdicts.

Outside the office, Mike enjoys running — he has completed the Boston and Chicago Marathons — traveling, and time with family and friends, and is an avid Padres and SDSU Aztecs fan.
