DAVID E. CZELUSNIAK was born in Amsterdam, New York.  He received his B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology in 1980 from State University College at Cortland.  David then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1984.  During his years in academia, David played basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and participated in Moot Court.  David was admitted to practice law in the great states of California and New York in 1985.

David has had an illustrious legal career with experience in complex litigation and high exposure general liability matters, over 750 mediations, 250 binding arbitrations, 15 jury and bench trials, is AV Rated Preeminent, and has served as an Arbitrator on the Personal Injury Panel for San Diego.  

During his spare time, David enjoys sports, traveling, and keeping up with the law.
