KENDELLE N. CARR is a Southern California native, born in Norwalk and raised in Covina. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Arizona State University, with a Minor in Spanish. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2025.

Throughout her academic career, Kendelle demonstrated a strong commitment to service and cross-cultural learning. While at Arizona State, she was an active member of Sparky’s Service Dogs, where she helped train and socialize rescue dogs for service work. She also broadened her global perspective through study abroad programs in Sevilla, Spain, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

During law school, Kendelle volunteered with the California Western Community Law Project, providing pro bono legal support to underserved communities. She was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society, participated on the Advanced Dispute Resolution team, and further expanded her international legal education by studying abroad in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Kendelle has served as a volunteer mediator at the Superior Court of San Diego’s Small Claims Court and is a certified mediator through the National Conflict Resolution Center, having completed training in the Theory and Practice of Mediation.

Outside of her legal practice, Kendelle enjoys baking and traveling.
