MADISON H. SCHWARTZ was born in Newport Beach, California, and raised in South Orange County. She is a proud alumna of San Diego State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in History and Political Science in 2019. Madison went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in November 2023.

During her undergraduate studies, Madison interned with the Coronado Historical Society, serving as an assistant museum curator. She also participated in a summer study abroad program in Shanghai, China. While in law school, she was active in campus life, competing in multiple Moot Court competitions and playing on intramural softball teams.

In her free time, Madison enjoys reading fiction, visiting art museums, and spending time at the beach with her dog.
