VIVIAN S. KIM was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Riverside, graduating in 2010. Vivian then spent two years teaching English in South Korea.

Vivian then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2015. She then pursued her legal education at Western State College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2021. Vivian is admitted to the California State Bar.

Outside of her professional life, Vivian enjoys rollerblading, dancing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
