Dawn C. Nelms

Biography

Dawn C. Nelms has been delivering dedicated legal representation to clients across California since 2002. Over more than two decades of practice, she has successfully managed and resolved a high volume of diverse cases, bringing invaluable experience to every client she represents. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for her approachable demeanor, building strong, trusted relationships with clients while maintaining excellent communication and rapport with opposing counsel. Her passion for advocacy took root at Eastern Washington University, where she competed in moot court and joined the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, graduating with her B.A. in 1999.

Dawn earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2002. Her dedication to clarity and research was highlighted early in her studies when she received the CALI award for Legal Writing & Research.

Licensed by the State Bar of California later that year, Dawn combines rigorous academic training with a practical approach to law. A resident of Southern California, she spends her free time hiking the scenic trails of Torrey Pines and relaxing with her family.
