Biography
David E. Czelusniak was born in Amsterdam, New York. He received his B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the State University College at Cortland in 1980, then earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 1984. He was admitted to practice in both California and New York in 1985.
David has had an illustrious legal career spanning complex litigation and high-exposure general-liability matters — over 750 mediations, 250 binding arbitrations, and 15 jury and bench trials. He is AV Preeminent rated and has served as an arbitrator on the Personal Injury Panel for San Diego.
In his spare time, David enjoys sports, traveling, and keeping up with the law.
