Nicole D. Wilson

Biography

Nicole D. Wilson was born and raised in the Bay Area of California. She earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University in 2015 and went on to graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year.

Nicole's practice is focused on insurance defense, handling matters involving personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking, wrongful death, and general negligence claims.

Nicole is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the California Lawyers Association. During law school, she served on the Board of the Law and Business Society, where she helped organize networking events, educational programs, and professional development opportunities for students interested in the intersection of law and business. She has also volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers Association, a nonprofit providing free legal services to underserved individuals, assisting clients with civil legal matters through client interviews, document preparation, and guidance through the legal process.

Outside of work, Nicole stays active playing intramural sports, including flag football and kickball. She also loves to cook, enjoys experimenting with new recipes and cuisines, and takes pleasure in preparing meals for friends.
