
Biography
Kendelle N. Carr is a Southern California native, born in Norwalk and raised in Covina. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Arizona State University with a minor in Spanish, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, joining the California State Bar in 2025.
At Arizona State she was active in Sparky’s Service Dogs — helping train and socialize rescue dogs for service work — and studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. During law school she volunteered with the California Western Community Law Project, was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society, competed on the Advanced Dispute Resolution team, and studied abroad in San José, Costa Rica.
Kendelle has served as a volunteer mediator at the San Diego Superior Court’s Small Claims Court and is a certified mediator through the National Conflict Resolution Center.
Outside of her practice, Kendelle enjoys baking and traveling.
